In the midst of cow country Burley Berries & Blooms is a boutique fruit & flower farm growing specialty cut + heirloom flowers and fruit using sustainable, natural practices in the hills of Wyoming County, NY. We create lush, seasonally-inspired floral designs in our artfully designed signature style that are perfect for any wedding, special event or celebration of life. We also offer a 8 week Dairy and flower CSA Share and value added products with dairy and flowers from our fields.
Spring 2023 we opened our New Micro-Creamery
Everyday Ryan heads to his families dairy to keep the family farm alive. We thought it just made sense to bring the two together given the complementary nature of fruit and milk. Our Micro-Creamery
On our first generation farm we raise fresh fruit, flowers and the next generation of grass-fed dairy cows for East Hill Farms. To bring the two farms together we thought it just made sense to add milk to our current offerings given its complimentary nature to fruit! Thus began The Creamery @ Burley Berries & Blooms which is owned and operated by Ryan and Megan Burley. We take farm fresh milk from cows who graze on the freshest grass at East Hill Farms. Our milk is vat-pasteurized, which is a low-temperature method allowing the milk’s natural flavor and texture to be preserved.
