What is a CSA?
By purchasing a CSA share you are investing in good health and local agriculture.
Community members with an interest in being more directly involved with local farms purchase a share at the beginning of the season.
In return you receive a selection of fresh, seasonal fruit and flowers every week for 10 weeks.
CSA Bonuses
To Participate as part of the community by purchasing a share of our product we will be offering bonuses that equal $200+ dollars extra!
- One wholesale bucket of you pick flower bouquets to each member (60-100 stems). An email will be sent explaining the dates and times you can pick your bucket! (Cost of one wholesale bucket of flowers is = $75)
- Member Only Farm Events - cut flower planting, strawberry gleaning, fall harvest gleaning, You pick beans and cucumbers. (Average price $100-$150)
-One Homegrown Meat chicken 4-5lbs (average price is about $25-$30).
-First to sample our new creamery products!
Fruit & Flower Share
The Fruit and Flower share will run for 10 weeks starting at the end of June and completing at the beginning of September (Exact dates will be sent to you upon sign-up as we wait to know what the weather will bring us).
Strawberries start the fruit and flower share season followed by Cherries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Peaches, Plums and Summer Apples. Fruits will be provided based on availability.
Each week you will receive a unique batch of Burley Blooms and a mix of fruit.
An idea of what a full share would include in July may be 1 quarts of strawberries, 1 bunch of rhubarb, 1 quart of cherries, a pint of blueberries and a handmade bouquet of fresh picked flowers (fruit quantities may change as the season progresses and what is available).
An Idea of what a 1/2 share would include in July may be 1 quart of cherries, 1 pint of blueberries and a bouquet of flowers.
Fruit that will be part of the CSA share include Strawberries, Blueberries, Currants, Raspberries, and Black Raspberries or Black Berries, Watermelon and Cantaloupe from Burley Berries. Peaches, Cherries, Summer Apples, Plums/Apricots from Nice Farms in Albion or Brubaker Farms in Perry, NY. May change based on availability.
Depending on the week you may also receive a special item from our farm or one of our farmer friends. This may include soap, cheese, honey, eggs (depending on the season, availability and fruit/flower supply)

10 Weeks for $210-Half Share
An Idea of what a 1/2 share would include in July may be 1 quart of cherries, 1 pint of blueberries and a bouquet of flowers every other week making for 5 bouquets of flowers over the course of 10 weeks.
These funds are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee each crop will be a success. In fact, some are undoubtedly going to fail or yield less while the majority thrive. We continue to add improvements every year to limit failures, but cannot eliminate every potential problem
