Our Micro-Creamery
On our first generation farm we raise fresh fruit, flowers and the next generation of grass-fed dairy cows for East Hill Farms. To bring the two farms together we thought it just made sense to add milk to our current offerings given its complimentary nature to fruit! Thus began The Creamery @ Burley Berries & Blooms which is owned and operated by Ryan and Megan Burley. We take farm fresh milk from cows who graze on the freshest grass at East Hill Farms. Our milk is vat-pasteurized, which is a low-temperature method allowing the milk’s natural flavor and texture to be preserved.

Our milk is vat-pasteurized, which is a low-temperature method allowing the milk’s natural flavor and texture to be preserved.
In addition, we do not homogenize our milk, which means the cream rises to the top- as it should. And speaking of cream, we never separate our milk’s cream, so it has a butterfat content higher than the store’s whole milk, and with that, a richer flavor and texture!
